INFORMATION CIRCULAR ON YATRA—2004/05 TO SABARIMALA

Dear members,

Our Sabha will organize Yatra to Sabarimala as like other years and will be from

08-01-2005 to 14-01-2005.Those of our members joining the same should follow the before given regulations.Yatra is restricted to only our members and hence those who are not our members shall enroll as a life meber or annual member.The membership fees are Rs.11/- for yearly membership and Rs.201/- for life membership.We prefer to have life members as the expenses incurred is commensurate to the membership fees.

The amount for Yatra is fixed as Rs.1500/- and will be subjected to any change if the situation warrants.The amount to be paid in advance is Rs.8oo/- and the same should be paid before 1^st,Nov.2004.The balance shall be paid before 1^st,Jan2005.and no excuse or considerations will be given to anyone whatever may be his influence or support.

Please note that Rail reservations will be done as per the names and advance received as on 1^st,Nov.2004 and those who join subsequently will have to make their own railway accommodation.Those who wish to join after 1^st,Dec.2004 shall make their own arrangements for stay at Pambha , Sannidhanam and travel formalties and Sabha can only provide Irumudi and Abhishekam facilities.It is also informed that whereas all efforts are being made for stay at Pamba and Sannidhanam the accommodation provided shall be only with minimum facilities suiting the conditions available when thousand of lacs of yatrikas are present and for Darshan & Abhishekam and not for a pleasant tour, giving benefits of sleep or complete rest and hence the yatrikas should be prepared for an available resting place and not facilities with homely comforts,and let us compare ourselves with those sleeping in the open with no facilities even for preparation for Abhishekam.We are sorry we are forced to make this clear as our past experience has made us to be firm and forceful.to install a sense of responsibility and bearance of the sufferings and lack of facilities as our aim is only Pathinettampadi,Darshan and Abhishekam for which we had undergone the penance of a Mandalam.

Adorning of Mala shall be done with the grace and blessings of Guruswami and on the 1^st of ,Krithika and poojas can be fixed and arranged as to suit the convenience and grace of Guruswami.and usual procedure has to be followed for the pick and drop of Guru as you all know that he had come out an unbearable pain and sufferings and with the prayers of all of us.As regarding Poojas the undersigned can be contacted for cooks,and our accompanieing Annadhanams will be available at a very reasonable and fair rate.

No adjustment or refund will be made for those who are not able to make the Yatra,since we make arrangements for train,bus,and stay at all places and other expenses.in advance and Sabha do not get any refunds ,for the expenses involved.
